கற்றாழை இயற்கை நமக்கு கொடுத்த கொடை என்றால் மிகையாகது. நமக்கு ஏற்படும் பல நோய்களுக்கு இயற்கை பல மருந்துதன்மை கொண்ட பொருட்களை நமக்கு இலவசமாகவே கொடுத்துள்ளது. இயற்கையான மருத்துவப்பொருட்கள் நமக்கு தான் நிறைய தெரிவதில்லை என்று கூறுவதைவிட அறியவைக்க ஆள் இல்லை என்றால் பொருத்தமாகும். கிராமப்புறங்களில் எடுத்துக்கொண்டால் கற்றாழை பல இடங்களில் கிடைக்கும். இயற்கையாக வளரும் கற்றாழையில்தான் எத்தனை மருத்துவக் குணங்கள்.

கற்றாழையில் சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை சிறு கற்றாழை பெரும் கற்றாழை பேய்க் கற்றாழை கருங் கற்றாழை செங்கற்றாழை இரயில் கற்றாழை எனப் பல வகை உண்டு. இதில் சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை மருத்துவ குணங்களுக்கென்று பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இலைச்சாறுகளில் ஆந்த்ரோகுயினோன்கள்இ ரெசின்கள் பாலிசக்கரைடு மற்றும் ‘ஆலோக்டின்பி’ எனும் பல வேதிப்பொருட்கள் உள்ளன. கற்றாழையிலிருந்து வடிக்கப்படும் மஞ்சள் நிற திரவம் ‘மூசாம்பரம்’ எனப்படுகிறது.


கற்றாழை உலகம் பூராவும் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் காஸ்மெட்டிக் பொருள் உற்பத்தியிலும், மருத்துவத்திலும் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. சிறு கற்றாழை மட்டிலும் மருத்துவத்திற்கும், காஸ்மெட்டிக் பொருள் தயாரிப்பதிலும் முதலிடம் பெறுகிறது. சிறு கற்றாழை சோற்றுக் கற்றாழ என வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

சோற்றுக் கற்றாழ மடல்களப் பிளந்து நுங்குச் சுளை போல உள்ள சதைப் பகுதியை, சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக வெட்டி நல்ல தண்ணீரில் 7- 10 முறை நன்றாகக் கழுவி எடுத்துக் கொண்டு மருந்தாகப் பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும். கற்றாழையக் கையால் தொட்டால் வாய் கசக்கும் என்பார்கள். கழுவிச் சுத்தம் செய்தால், கற்றாழையின் வெறுட்டல் குணமும், கசப்பும் குறைந்துவிடும்.

தாம்பத்திய உறவு மேம்பட

சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை வேர்களை வெட்டி, சிறிய துண்டுகளாகச் செய்து சுத்தம் செய்து, இட்லிப் பானையில் பால்விட்டு வேர்களைத் தட்டில் வைத்துப் பால் ஆவியில் வேகவைத்து எடுத்து, நன்கு காயவைத்துப் பொடி செய்து வைத்து கொண்டு, தினசரி ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி பாலில் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டு வந்தால், தாம்பத்திய உறவு மேம்படும். தாம்பத்திய உறவுக்கு நிகரற்ற மருந்தாகும். 

கூந்தல் வளர

சதைப்பிடிப்புள்ள மூன்று கற்றாழையின் சதைப் பகுதியச் சேகரித்து ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் வைத்து, இதில் சிறிது படிக்காரத் தூளைத் தூவி வத்திருந்தால், சோற்றுப் பகுதியில் உள்ள சதையின் நீர் பிரிந்து விடும். இந்த நீருக்குச் சமமாக நல்லெண்ணெய் அல்லது தேங்காய் எண்ணெய் கலந்து நீர் சுண்டக் காய்ச்சி எடுத்து வைத்துக்கொண்டு, தினசரி தலைக்குத் தடவி வந்தால் கூந்தல் நன்றாக வளரும். நல்ல தூக்கம் வரும்.

கண்களில் அடிபட்டால்

கண்களில் அடிபட்டதாலோ, இதர காரணங்களாலோ கண் சிவந்து வீங்கியிருந்தால் கற்றாழைச் சோற்றை வைத்துக் கட்டி இரவு தூங்கினால் வேதனை குறையும். மூன்று தினங்களில் நோய் குணமாகும். கற்றாழைச் சோற்றில் சிறிது படிக்காரத்தூள் சேர்த்து, ஒரு துணியில் முடிச்சுக் கட்டி, தொங்க விட்டு ஒரு பாத்திரத்தை வைத்து நீர்சொட்டுவதைச் சேகரம் செயது; எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, இதைச் சொட்டு மருந்தாக கண்களில் விட்டு வந்தால், கண்நோய்கள், கண்களில் அரிப்பு, கண் சிவப்பு மாறும். 

குளிர்ச்சி தரும் குளியலுக்கு

மூலிகைக் குளியல் எண்ணெய் தயாரிக்க, சோற்றுக் கற்றாழை சோற்றுப் பகுதியை அரக்கிலோ தயாரித் ஒரு கிலோ நல்லெண்ணெய் சேர்த்து கடும் வெயிலில் 30 தினங்கள் வைத்து எடுத்து வடிகட்டிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். எண்ணெய் பசுமை நிறமாக மாறிவிடும். இதில் தேவையான வாசனையக் கலந்து வைத்துக் கொண்டு, குளியலுக்குப் பயன்படுத்தினால் குளிர்ச்சிதரும் ஆயில் ஆகும்.

முகத்திலுள்ள கரும்புள்ளிகள் தழும்புகள் வெயில் பாதிப்புகள் உலர்ந்த சருமம் என சரும நோய் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் சிறிது கற்றாழைச் சாறை தினமும் தடவி வர நல்ல குணம் கிடைக்கும்.

ஆண்கள் சவரம் செய்யும் பொழுது ஏற்படும் கீறல்கள் காயங்களுக்கும் உடனடி நிவாரணம் பெற கற்றாழைச் சாறை பயன்படுத்தலாம். தீக்காயங்களுக்கும் ‘உடனடி டாக்டர்’ கற்றாழைச் சாறுதான்.

இதன் சாறை இரவு வேளையில் முகத்தில் தேய்த்து காலையில் வெந்நீரால் கழுவ முகத்தில் உள்ள கருமை நீங்கி முகம் பொலிவு பெறும்.

தோலோடு கற்றாழையை பச்சை மஞ்சளோடு சேர்த்து மைய அரைத்து முகம் கழுத்து கை கால்களில் தடவி சில மணி நேரத்துக்குப் பின்னர் வெந்தய நுரை கொண்டு தேய்த்து குளித்தால் உடல் பளபளப்பாகும். தோல் நோய் வராது. கற்றாழை கழியைத் தலை முடியில் தடவி சீவினால் மடி கலையாது. தலையின் சூடும் குறையும். உடல் குளிர்ந்து காணப்படும்.

பிரயாணக் களைப்பினால் சோர்வுற்ற கால்களுக்கு கற்றாழை சாறைத் தடவலாம். சருமத்தில் ஏற்படும் எரிச்சலை அடக்கி சருமத்திற்கு குளிர்ச்சி தரும். திசுக்களைப் புதுப்பித்து ஈரப்பதம் அளிக்கும். எல்லா வகை சருமத்திற்கும் ஏற்றது. முகத்தின் சுருக்கங்களைப் போக்கி புத்துணர்ச்சியையும் இளமைப் பொலிவையும் தக்க வைத்துக் கொள்ள உதவும். குறிப்பாக வடுக்கள் இருந்த சுவடு தெரியாமல் மறையும்.

கண்நோய் கண் எரிச்சலுக்கு கற்றாழைச் சோற்றை கண்களின் மேல் வைக்கலாம். விளக்கெண்ணெயுடன் கற்றாழைச் சோறைக் காய்ச்சி காலை மாலை என இரு வேளை ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி சாப்பிட்டு வர உடல் அனல் மாறி மேனி பளபளப்பாகத் தோன்றும். நீண்ட கால மலச்சிக்கல் நீங்கும். கல்லீரல் ஆரோக்கியமாக விளங்கும்.

கேசப் பராமரிப்பில் தலைக்கு கறுப்பிடவும் கேசத்தின் வளர்ச்சியைத் தூண்டவும் பயன்படுகிறது. தலையில் ஏற்படும் கேசப் பிரச்னைகள் மற்றும் பொடுகை நீக்குகிறது. 

தோல் இறுக்கத்திற்கு சுகமளிக்கும் மருந்தாகிறது. கற்றாழை சோறை தேங்காய் எண்ணெயுடன் காய்ச்சி தலைக்குத் தேய்த்து வர கேசம் நன்கு செழித்து வளரும். எண்ணெய் குளியல் செய்ய கண் குளிர்ச்சி மற்றும் சுக நித்திரை உண்டாகும்.

நமது தோலில் நீரை விட நான்கு மடங்கு வேகமாக கற்றாழைச் சாறு ஊடுருவக் கூடியது. வைட்டமின் சி மற்றும் பி சத்துகளும் தாதுக்களும் நிறைந்தது இச்சாறு.

சருமத்திலுள்ள கொலாஜன் எனப்படும் கொழுப்பு சத்தை குறைக்கக்கூடிய புரோட்டீன் கற்றாழையில் அதிகம் காணப்படுவதால் முகத்திலுள்ள சுருக்கம் வயோதிக தோற்றத்தை குணப்படுத்துகிறது.

இந்த எண்ணெய் பெண்களின் மாதாந்திர ருதுவை ஒழுங்குபடுத்தும். கர்ப்பவதிகளுக்கு கருச்சிதைவை உண்டாக்கும்.

நாம் தூக்கி எறியும் பழங்களின் தோல், கொட்டை ஆகியவற்றில் ஏராளமான அத்தியாவசிய சத்துக்கள் உள்ளதால், இவற்றை விதவிதமான உணவாக சமைத்து உண்பது நம் பாரம்பரிய வழக்கம். அசைவ உணவை போன்ற ருசியைத் தரும் காளான், சோயா மற்றும் பட்டர்பீன்ஸ் போன்றவை பெருமளவு விரும்பி உண்ணப்படுகின்றன.

பழங்களைவிட ஒரு மரத்தையே உருவாக்கும் பழக்கொட்டையில் உளள மரபணு கூறுகள் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி ஆற்றலை அதிகம் பெற்றிருப்பதுடன், செல்களை அழிவிலிருந்து காக்கும் ஆற்றலையும் உடையது. இவற்றை உண்பதற்கு ஏற்றவாறு ருசியாக சமைத்து சாப்பிட்டால் உணவே மருந்தாகும். அதுபோன்ற அற்புத ஆற்றல் தரும், ஆண்களின் வலிமையைப் பெருக்கும் தன்மை உள்ளதுதான் பலாக்கொட்டை.”அர்டோகார்பஸ் இன்டிகிரிபோலியா’ என்ற தாவரவியல் பெயர் கொண்ட மொரேசியே குடும்பத்தைச் சார்ந்த பலாப்பழத்தின் கொட்டை மருத்துவ ரீதியாக உட்கொள்ள ஏற்றது. 

100 கிராம் பலாக்கொட்டையில் 135 கிலோ கலோரி சத்து உள்ளது. இவற்றில் உள்ள கார்போஹைட்ரேட், நார்ச்சத்து மற்றும் ஏ, பி, சி போன்ற வைட்டமின்கள், கால்சியம், துத்தநாகம், பாஸ்பரஸ் போன்ற தனிமங்கள் உள்ளன. இவற்றில் காணப்படும் லிக்னான்கள், ஐசோபிளேவோன்கள், சப்போனின்கள் புற்றுநோய், செல் முதிர்ச்சி, செல் அழிவு போன்றவற்றிலிருந்து பாதுகாக்கும் தன்மை உடையவை. இவற்றிலுள்ள பிளேவனாய்டுகள், ஆர்டோகார்பெசின் மற்றும் நார்ஆர்டோ கார்பெடின் போன்றவை வீக்கத்தைக் கரைக்கக்கூடியவை. அதிக ரத்த அழுத்தம் மற்றும் குடற்புண்களை ஆற்றும் தன்மையும் பலாக்கொட்டைக்கு உண்டு. இவற்றை நன்கு வேகவைத்து உருளைக் கிழங்கிற்கு பதில் உட்கொள்ளலாம்.

பலாக்கொட்டையை வறுத்தோ, வேகவைத்தோ உட்கொள்ளலாம். விதைகளை நன்கு உலர்த்தி, மைய அரைத்து, கோதுமை மாவுடன் கலந்து சப்பாத்தியாகவோ, ரொட்டியாகவோ செய்தும் சாப்பிடலாம். தோலுரித்து கழுவி, ஒன்றிரண்டாக இடித்த பலாக்கொட்டை-10, பட்டர்பீன்ஸ்-20,
உருளைக்கிழங்கு-1, பச்சைப்பயறு-100 கிராம் ஆகியவற்றை நீரில் ஊறவைத்து, தேவையான அளவு உப்பு சேர்த்து வேகவைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். தேங்காய், மிளகாய்தூள், மஞ்சள்தூள், பூண்டு, புளிச்சாறு ஆகியவற்றை நீர்விட்டு மைய அரைத்து, வெந்த பலாக்கொட்டை கலவையுடன் சேர்த்து, தேவையான அளவு நீர் ஊற்றி மீண்டும் அடுப்பிலேற்றி கொதிக்கவைத்து, கறிவேப்பிலை, கடுகு, மிளகாய் சேர்த்து தாளித்து குழம்பு பதத்தில் இறக்கி வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். 

இதனை சப்பாத்தியுடன் சேர்த்து சாப்பிட உடலுக்கு வலிமையும் குளிர்ச்சியும் உண்டாகும். ஆண்களுக்கு ஆண்மை அதிகரிக்கும். பலம் உண்டாகும். பலாக்கொட்டையை மட்டும் தனியாக அதிகம் உட்கொண்டால் உஷ்ணம் அதிகரித்து, மார்பு மற்றும் வயிற்றில் கடும் வலி, முதுகுப்பிடிப்பு ஏற்படும் என சித்த மருத்துவ நூல்கள் குறிப்பிடுகின்றன. எனவே இதனை உணவாக சமைத்து உட்கொள்வதே நல்லது.

பழத்தில் அடங்கியுள்ள சத்துக்கள்: புரோட்டீன், கால்சியம், பாஸ்பரஸ், பொட்டாசியம் மற்றும் இரும்பு சத்து அதிகம் காணப்படுகின்றன. வைட்டமின் ஏ, வைட்டமின் பி, வைட்டமின் பி 12, வைட்டமின் சி போன்ற சத்துக்களும் அத்திப்பழத்தில் அடங்கியுள்ளன. உடல் எடையை குறைக்கும் உடல் பருமனாக உள்ளவர்கள் எடையை குறைக்க அத்திப்பழம் மிக முக்கிய பங்காற்றுகிறது. நார்ச்சத்து அதிகம் காணப்படுவதால் உண்ணும் உணவு எளிதில் ஜீரணமாகி தேவையற்ற இடங்களில் கொழுப்பு சேருவது தடுக்கப்படுகிறது.

பழங்களிலேயே விலை குறைவானதும், அனைவராலும் எளிதில் வாங்கி உண்ணக் கூடியதுமான கொய்யாப் பழத்தில் முக்கிய உயிர்சத்துக்களும், தாது உப்புக்களும் அடங்கியுள்ளன. கொய்யாமரத்தில் இருந்து கிடைக்கக்கூடிய கனி மட்டுமல்லாது, இலை, பட்டை என அனைத்துமே மருத்துவகுணம் கொண்டுள்ளது.

* வைட்டமின் பி மற்றும் வைட்டமின் சி ஆகிய உயிர்ச்சத்துக்கள் கொய்யாப்பழத்தில் அடங்கியுள்ளன. கால்சியம், பாஸ்பரஸ், இரும்பு போன்ற தாது உப்புக்களும் இதில் காணப்படுகின்றன.

* வேறு எந்தப் பழத்திலும் இல்லாத வைட்டமின் சி என்ற உயிர்ச்சத்து இப்பழத்தில் அதிக அளவில் காணப்படுகிறது. அதனால் வளரும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொய்யாப்பழம் ஒரு வரப்பிரசாதமாகும். உடல் நன்கு வளரவும், எலும்புகள் பலம் பெறவும் கொய்யாப்பழம் உதவும்.

* கொய்யாவின் தோலில் தான் அதிகசத்துக்கள் உள்ளன. இதனால் தோலை நீக்கி சாப்பிடக்கூடாது. முகத்திற்கு பொலிவையும், அழகையும் தருகிறது. தோல் வறட்சியை நீக்குகிறது. முதுமை தோற்றத்தை குறைத்து இளமையானவராக மாற்றுகிறது.

* மது போதைக்கு அடிமையான மது பிரியர்கள் அப்பழக்கத்தில் இருந்து விடுபட நினைத்தால் இப்பழத்தை அதிகம் சாப்பிடலாம். இதை தொடர்ந்து சாப்பிட்டால் மது அருந்தும் ஆசை, வெறி எல்லாம் தூள் தூளாகி விடும். மிக எளிதில் மது போதை பழக்கத்தில் இருந்து விடுதலை பெறலாம்.

* கொய்யா மரத்தின் சில பகுதிகளுடன் வேறு சில பொருட்களும் சேர்த்து தயாரிக்கப்படும் ஒரு கஷாயத்தை அருந்தினால் பிரசவத்திற்கு பின்பு வெளியாகும் கழிவுகளை வெளியேற்ற மிகவும் உதவுவதாக சித்த மருத்துவத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

* நோயால் அவதியுற்று மருந்து சாப்பிட்டு வருபவர்கள் இப்பழத்தை சாப்பிட்டால் மருந்து முறிவு ஏற்படும். இருமல் இருக்கும் போது இப்பழத்தை சாப்பிட்டால் அதிகமாகும். தோல் தொடர்பான வியாதி உள்ளவர்கள் இப்பழத்தை உண்டால் நோய் அதிகரிக்கும்.

* கொய்யாப்பழத்திற்கு மருந்தை முறிக்கும் ஆற்றல் உண்டு. ஒரு சிலருக்கு மயக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும். வாதநோய், ஆஸ்துமா போன்ற நோய் உள்ளவர்கள் இப்பழத்தை சாப்பிடக்கூடாது.

* கொய்யாப்பழத்தை இரவில் சாப்பிடக்கூடாது. சாப்பிட்டால் வயிறு வலி உண்டாகும். கொய்யாவை அளவுடன் சாப்பிடவேண்டும். அளவிற்கதிகமாக சாப்பிட்டால் பித்தம் அதிகரித்து வாந்தி மயக்கம் ஏற்படும்.

Tamilnadu Public Exam Results 10th Std (Plus 2) announced today, i.e. 27th May 2011 & 10 Standard results are expected on the 27th of May 2011.

School Education Minister Thangam Thennarasu had earlier announced that the results of (SSLC) Board Examinations in which more than 8 lakh students participated would be declared today i.e. May 27,2011. These results can be checked on the various results portals of Tamil Nadu, or students can even send the SMS to 56263 after typing RESULT(space)TN12(space)REGISTRATION NO. to check the results via mobile.

The 12th results were announced today, which will see many top rank holders. 

A student who is eagerly awaiting the 12th results says, "I am slightly worried about Math and Physics papers but I am sure I will score high marks in other subjects. I am not stressed out, just a bit worried," said K Karthika Devi, a Plus Two student of Ramakrishna matriculation higher secondary school. 

The results were announced at 9.00 AM in the morning. Many eager students are anxious to know who are the top rank holders for the year 2011, and many are looking forward to the list of number of centums in each subject across Tamil Nadu.
